Ashlo Construction Consultants provided comprehensive Quantity Surveying services to the main contractor from project inception through to completion of the successful refurbishment of the Skegness Custody Suite, completed in May 2024. Engaged from the pre-construction stage, Ashlo collaborated closely with both the main contractor and the client to ensure the project remained within budget while achieving the client’s objectives without compromise.
The project addressed key concerns raised by the HM Inspectorate of Prisons and HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services, modernizing the facility to meet the latest standards, enhance detainee care, and support effective policing.
